When we moved into our house in October 2021, we knew that the ‘flow’ at the back of the house wasn’t right for the way we wanted to live. We also wanted to be more connected to our garden. The question was how to find an architect who would understand what we wanted. Through Instagram, we came upon Etch Architects and we liked what we read and saw on line. At our initial meeting, we soon realised that Ross understood what we wanted and we felt very comfortable working with him. Ross communicated clearly with us throughout the project and helped us understand the whole process., from conception to completion. Once the work started, there were fortnightly meetings with Ross and the builder. These meetings ensured the work was on track and dealt with any issues. There were clear agreements about each stage of the project and we found these extremely helpful and looked forward to the meetings. It was a joy to work with Ross and we are more than delighted with our house; it brings us great pleasure. We cannot rate Ross highly enough and have no hesitation in recommending him. We used Ross Anderson's services on our house project of opening up a load bearing wall between our kitchen and dining room. We were really happy with the very friendly and professional service provided. The whole process was very smooth - we were kept well informed throughout. Ross was always happy to answer questions we had and also liaised with other professionals involved in the project and managed the building warrant process with the council.
