I took my 4 month old Cockapoo Bruce for his first puppy groom with Holberry Hounds yesterday. From the moment I got there I knew Bruce was in good hands. I picked him up an hour later and he looked adorable! James and Joanne were so helpful and answered any questions I had (what products I was best buying, how often I needed to bring Bruce etc) I can’t thank you enough for how professional and caring you were- excited for his future appointments with you.

First visit today with my pug. He’s an old boy, bit stuck in his ways like his dad!! My boy was really happy on meeting them, and equally as happy when I picked him up. Never known him be as stress free. He looks and smells amazing, we will be regular clients from now on. Many thanks.

I took my corgi for the first time today, we were a little nervous as she is over two and never been to a groomers. It was immediately obvious that she was in safe hands and she looks amazing !! Such a lovely team, can't wait to go back soon.

Just want to add that I had an amazing teaching session yesterday with Jess and my cairn terrier Lola. We had a stripping session/lesson. I learned loads and feel so much more confident stripping Lola myself next time. We were made to feel so welcome, and I felt so supported, and both Jess and Emma were fun to be around. I would highly recommend them. Lola was so well behaved and my ideas were listened to which was really important for me.

Thankyou to Jess for doing a great job on our Bearded Collie Bru on his first visit. She took took the time to understand his personality and listened to how we wanted his cut to look. We'll be bringing him back again no doubt.

Thank you Emma for making Cooper look so majestic after his pamper session this afternoon. He's thrilled with his groom and is loving prancing about with a fresh look. As always he looks fantastic.

Myself & Joey went to meet Vicky today for his first ever session, and I was blown away by the wonderful customer service! Joey was nervous at first, but Vicky was kind and very patient with him. We will most definitely be returning. Thank you Vicky.

Took my 2 shokies for their first cut, I was blown away Vicky did a fantastic job on them ,she's so friendly my pups will differently be going back to see her. Thank you so muck Vicky they look fantastic.

Went with my friend today to have her cat groomed at Vickys Grooming. Vicky was very patient, professional, friendly and put the cat at ease. 10/10. She did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend.
