Best pet shop in the area by far! Easily accessible from A19 or Stockton, plenty of parking with disabled bays right near the door. The shop itself is very clean and inviting, the staff are nothing short of amazing, so polite and willing to answer any questions you have. Pricing is pretty good too with a really good variety of stock for most animals. This is one of the very few places in that area I would highly recommend.

Go here monthly for 2 reasons. 1 the dog food price is better then elsewhere in the area, and secondly the customer service is brilliant if you have a question then ask as they are a group of people who you can actually have a laugh and giggle with while buying stuff and more then happy to give you information on a specific product when needed.

Nice pet food store. Slightly cheaper than pets at home which is always a bonus. They have a decent reward system earning points for money off.

Cool pet shop! All the animals look healthy and happy! Especially those lovely axolotls! If you need high quality pet supplies at a great price, This is the place to be! I went again recently and bought a lovely silk plant for my aquarium and it looks wonderful!

I went there for the 1st time the other day with my brother to get this first Tarantula they had a small selection and helped my brother pick a good starter T and were very helpful with advice to care for it I also got a T from them and it molted today I'd recommend this shop for Ts.

Needed some substrate for our tortoise, their reptile section has massively improved with a lot of different creatures that my boys loved looking at. Will be back again.
Also sells birds, reptiles, pet food and pet necessities. It's well worth a visit - Kevin P

I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience at Teesside Parks Pet at Home. Although I’ve had a series of challenges with the subscription plan and delivery delays from the overall company’s warehouse, my visit to the store was a refreshing contrast. I encountered a wonderful gentleman who went above and beyond to help me with my cats’ health issues, as they’ve been vomiting lately. He took the time to have a thorough conversation with me, discussing potential causes and helping me pick the right digestion tablets if the issue was to persist.

Great pet shop. I've only encountered good service. Wide range of products. My dog loves going in. If they don't have a product in I do click and collect which is very efficient.

Staff are very knowledgeable and are at hand anytime, the lady I spoke to dropped what she was doing to help me. Fantastic staff and products 5 stars.
