Came in today with my son who’s autistic, the guy at the front of the store (think he was the manager) came straight to us, asking if we needed the music turned off, he got us a quiet area and got us a member of staff to measure his feet. A lady called Ruby came over and she was absolutely amazing. My little boy didn’t want to go first so she measured my daughter’s feet first. Ruby was so calm and professional with both my children, even when my little boy started to stim she waited for him to stop before continuing to speak to him. she’s an absolute credit to the store. Massive thank you & well done to the whole team, if only more store could be schuh.

I got served tonight by Kaeden, thought I’d leave a review to say how kind and helpful he was. All staff members were lovely and helpful even though it was so busy. kaeden went out of his way to have a conversation about the trainers I was buying etc. All in all a great experience.

Excellent range of shoes and boots. I'm happy with the Converse Shoes and Dr Martens boots recently purchased. Good service from the staff. Highley recommended.

Used click and reserve for 2 pairs of boots. Really simple process. Had an email and a text message the next day to advise that my order was ready. On getting to my local Stockton store my order was quickly located. I'm happy to say that one of the boots I'd requested was a perfect fit What a great way to buy footwear. Staff at the store were really helpful. Definitely deserve 5* rating.

I needed some new footware and slippers, when ever I've needed them I've always visited here 1st since my teenage years and I'm in my 50's now. An excellent amount of stock available all different sizes too, good prices. The staff are polite and helpful. Well worth popping before hitting the highstreet.

Great value for the pair of shoes I bought. Prompt and friendly service from the staff. Shoes are good quality and look great. Thanks Wyndsors.

Wonderful as soon as we walked in the store Teeside Park a young man Seamus was so helpful. My mum is in late 90s he really made her special along with Amina. Both young people were helpful and friendly. Thankyou We didn't have such a good experience in another shop at Teeside Park mum was going to give up. Along came Knight in shining armour in Clarks shoe shop.

Josy was an absolute star today. Took the time (and it was a long time!) to sort out my two sons with school shoes and trainers for PE. One of my sons is gender fluid and she responded to his needs with respect and understanding - this was very much appreciated, especially asking which pronouns he prefers. Josy - you made our day.

Amazing customer service yesterday evening getting paid of shoes last minute and a bag, for our trip away, fantastic experience and customer service, friendly and helpful throughout our experience. They either take the Blue light card discount off. Thank you so much again.
