SUTTON MANOR PHARMACY REVIEWS

Staff are always polite and helpful. Sometimes you have to wait a while but you know that if they have your prescription they will make it up. I moved to this chemist from a nearer one because I was impressed with the good service and longer opening hours. On my last visit even though they were about to close i wasn't turned away. They made up the prescription so I didn't have to go back. Definitely the best chemist in the area.

I brought my autistic and needle phobic son for his vaccine, the staff here couldn't have been kinder and more understanding. The pharmacist administering the jab was kind and patient. He did a wonderful job of putting my son at ease. The lady doing the check ins was absolutely lovely. Thank you all, he won't be as scared when he comes back to you for his second jab.

The doctor who saw me was really good,he he gave me the right stuff for my eye and it now feels much better and he was also really polite (dr prowde).

I switched to this pharmacy after multiple terrible experiences at Brocklehurst Pharmacy on Willerby Road and it has been like night and day. They are friendly, kind, professional and clearly patient care is their number one priority as it should be in all medical services. They provide a free no fuss prompt and professional delivery service at no charge to those unable to go to the pharmacy themselves and who don't have a support system in place. I wish I had found them before having to experience the unprofessional, rude and outright unkind nightmare that is Brocklehurst Pharmacy courtesy of their staff. The only exception there was one member who operated their skeleton delivery service.

Just ran in the pharmacy, somebody was having a arhsma attack and they helped out straight away. Preventing the need for emergency services. Brilliant response and exactly what you need from people that care for us. You saved somebody's life today.

Staff are always polite and easy to work with. Very good pharmacy.

Excellent service. I get prescription delivered, never had a problem. The delivery drivers are lovely. Always friendly and polite. Have had jabs done there for covid, never a problem and very short waiting time. If had to ring for any reason staff are always helpful. Good place to use. Definitely recommend.

Always friendly and efficient service here, often above and beyond the usual. Very busy, but so it should be.

Ever since I have been having my prescriptions delivered they have been fabulous.
