Dale, Jackie and colleagues are a fantastic team. They took so much time and patience to make sure that our young son was able to access all necessary dental checks. Our son is autistic and ADHD, he was initially quite scared of going to the dentist however the team made every effort to help him regulate and feel safe with them. Really brilliant experience, we’re really grateful for the team’s ongoing support to access family appointments with reasonable adjustments for the little man.

I recently saw Tashil for a check up and he was very knowledgeable, kind and calming. I’ve never had such a thorough dental check up before, and he made sure my X-rays and gum health check were all up to date. The nurses and receptionists at 543 are also very friendly and efficient. Thank you.

I had a tooth extraction with sedation because of my nerves. Everyone was so nice and I felt safe and comfortable and had the tooth extracted very quickly and pain free. Would not be so scared if I had to go again.

Had my bonding done yesterday and I am over the moon with the results! From start to finish the process was as smooth as possible, every treatment was explained, no pain was experienced and it’s such a calming environment for those nervous of the dentist. Every single staff member I met was lovely and welcoming. Can’t thank Amy and Dillon enough for the final results, they are the brilliant at what they do.

The service I have received from all the staff at Kingswood Parks over the past six months has been exceptional. My journey hasn't always been an easy one, but the staff have supported me, showing me care and a bucketful of patience. Thank you all for helping me regain my smile, you have changed me life.

I have attended this dental practice for many years and have always had wonderful care from all of the staff. I was nervous attending this time as it was the first after transitioning. From the initial contact over the telephone informing them of my transition to attending for my appointment, I have been met with professionalism, respect and empathy.

Dr Mulawi and Georgia always made me feel warm and welcome. I'm usually afraid sitting in the dental chair but they made me feel calm and the check-up went well as always. The receptionists are helpful and nice.

I had an emergency and the receptionist was very helpful and I got an appointment without any problems. The staff and my dentist were polite and helpful as always.
