We brought our older dog to be put to sleep as he was old and struggling. Dr davinder singh was lovely! He was so caring and compassionate and explained everything that would happen. He took his time, give us time to understand and deal with the process. Really made it that little bit easier having a vet who understood and cared for the loss we was about to encounter.

Cannot thank Vets four Pets enough for the compassionate service when I took my best friend Bruno to be put to sleep. Even though I am heartbroken, the vet made it a bit easier to say goodbye. Definitely recommend their services.

Our Cockapoo coco loves dev he’s been the only vet that as been so lovely to coco we would not take our baby no where else apart from pet for vets amazing place they really care for your animals.

The first time l have used the pet ambulance with my dog misty. I can’t thank don the driver enough he was fabulous with misty! I went with misty and traveled in the front and don was friendly and nothing was too much. He really looked after us. Im going to use this service every time she needs to go to park street vets! The cost is very reasonable, l thought it would be expensive but it’s just like paying for a taxi, but you will get a very friendly driver who doesn’t look down at your pet. I would highly recommend using the pet ambulance service

This practice goes above and beyond. Amazing support with our ever growing puppy Brian. Staff take time out to help in every way they can to support you through any issues you may have. Jackie and Gemma so unbelievably helpful but a massive shout out to the fantastic practice manager Louise who took timeout to ring my wife and talk her through several behavioural questions and worries we had. It’s great to know we have such a great team to look after us. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who values high quality care for their pets.

Took my cat for routine appointment Whilst in the waiting room she suddenly struggled to breathe. They whisked her in and gave her oxygen, and did all they could, but couldn't save her. They then dealt with me, a very shocked and upset owner in a highly compassionate manner. In the midst of all my sadness I thank them all.

Haven veterinary group took care of my rat pickle until we unfortunately made the decision to put him to sleep. They were always very helpful in getting us last minute appointments and listening to his issues. They were very thorough throughout his treatment. His euthanasia was also handled with remorse and care. It made an incredibly hard day, a tiny bit easier. I also received a thoughtful card from a few weeks later. Incredibly kind of them.

I have used haven vets for years. There great always great with my animals. Vets are fantastic and the ladies on reception are fabulous. Always happy to see the pets and have cuddles. Thanks guys
