I needed soluble prescription medication urgently for a cancer patient who was unable to swallow. All other chemists were not interested of the urgency and were saying it will take us a few days. The chemist here said let me check what we have, I know we do not have all today, but can get the remainder tomorrow. Excellent customer service, I felt like they really tried to help and fulfilled most of the prescription requirements on the day and ordered the missing items for next day. I would highly recommend and thank you to the helpful chemist, your dedication was very much appreciated.

I cannot thank the staff enough for all the care they have provided for our family. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Patients are treated respectfully and good advice given regarding any concerns there may be. The care they are providing my mum is excellent and we are extremely grateful to you all for the difference you make in making things easier and the support you give.

Wonderful clean and neat surroundings. Myself and my husband both had our covid and flu injections. A very professional and friendly atmosphere. Thank you .

I’ve been a customer here for many years. All the staff are well knowledgable with medications and provide a very courteous service. You can pop in for a private consultation if you’re in need of any advice on your health worries. Every month I order and it’s ordered at the GP’s then sent electronically. Mines usually there in two days. They stock over the counter medicines which include all types and you pay at the time of purchasing. There opening times are Monday-Friday 9am-6.30 pm.’ You can have them delivered too which is great and I wanted to thank you personally for delivering mine urgently today when I was too poorly to fetch them.

Just like to say I was using this chemist for the last 12 months unfortunately I've moved area .I was always treated with respect,a warm and friendly atmosphere the staff are lovely and I'll miss them I would recommend this chemist to anyone x

All Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. All are Great. More shops and stores should and could be like here.

UNITY PHARMACY REVIEWS

Accessible for the disabled as all the doors are automatic and wide enough for wheelchairs. The car park is large and there are disabled parking spaces. It is usually busy and there is sometimes a queue outside, however there is a waiting area with seats inside and a bench seat outside. There is a prescription box on one side of the counter and also in the porch of the Surgery. A second access door is straight off the Surgery waiting area.

Although this pharmacy is very busy the staff and service we receive is excellent.

Very helpful and polite staff whose work is really appreciated
