Gentleshaw Wildlife Centre has over 30 native animal and bird species. The park is open to the people where you can meet their kept captive, permanent residents including Lynx, Raccoons, Owls, Hawks, Snakes, Lizards, and more. It provides the best care and protection for the birds and animals; they feel nothing is more important than their health and safety to them at all times. The prey's wild birds then taken back to the wild. They afford free admission for kids under 3.

Amerton Farm you can see the farm animals going to the WindMill Playbarn or a ride on the Amerton Railway. The wildlife lovers can meet and feed the farmyard animals including, cows, pigs, free-running chickens, and ducks; you can visit the British Wildlife Rescue Center which provides treatment and rehabilitation for sick and injured pets from foxes to barn birds. The play barn features a race-down slide from floor to ceiling, scale the climbing wall, clamber across the rope bridge-whist or go on the tractor trail. It is wheelchair friendly and offers free admission for babies (under six months).
