I would highly recommend OneHeat Ltd. My elderly mother was having problems with her boiler. I was able to contact Ricky easily and he promptly called out, explained the problem and discussed her options without any pressure. Subsequently a new boiler was installed quickly and efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. All the relevant paperwork and certification was immediately provided on completion of the work. It was refreshing to receive a professional, friendly service provided by Ricky at a sensible price...something which is sadly lacking from the greedy companies providing similar work..... Ricky is willing to go the extra mile and I've no hesitation in highly recommending him.

Ricky came to do our annual boiler service as he does for us each year. Excellent customer service, friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Reasonably priced and would highly recommend!

Wow, what a great guy! Attended a late night emergency call out last night to help us with a blocked drain pipe, discovered the issue super quickly & dealt with it well within the hour! Answered any questions me & my partner had and was so polite & friendly. Highly, highly recommend! Will definitely use again.

Andy was very courteous and respectful in his manner with us, He took the time to explain everything he was doing and showed us his findings as he went along clearing out our drain problem. I would certainly recommend Andy and the company to anyone if they ever have a plumbing problem.

Andy came the same day, quickly identified a problem then we booked a day for the part replacement. He kindly answered all my questions. I can highly recommend this business.
