JSS have just completed our orangery, we can not pick one single fault in their workmanship & staff they have working for their company. We really could not be happier with the end results. Martin was extremely accommodating with the works we needed doing with new accesses & steps, no ask was too much trouble. Then after the ground works Chris took over the helm & we really couldn't have asked for better in the job he did. He worked so hard to achieve the fantastic finish we have, and felt like he became part of the family. All members of work men who have been involved have been fantastic, from the electrician, plumber & plasterers. All very trustworthy & professional. Joanne was also fantastic at planning all the work and ensuring we were kept up to date with every process. I will be highly recommending JSS to everyone. Thank you to all the team at JSS.

We had our windows and doors replaced by JSS in May and we couldn’t recommend them more. The installers Ryan and Aaron were very thorough and made sure the job was 100% perfect before they left. Thanks again guys, we’re over the moon with the job you’ve done.

Acoustic windows fitted! Noise reduction from a busy main road improved immensely and house instantly warmer. Thank you David for the technical advice! Fitters were punctual, polite, efficient and everything installed to a high professional standard. Rooms were left clean and tidy! Thank you Richard and Gary!

Second time using these guys on a new property and had all new windows and doors fitted along with an extension. Nothing was ever too much to ask, always keeping me updated woth the process etc. All their work men were polite and tidy wouldn't go anywhere else for building work to be completed. Thank you again!

We recently had a large timber porch and french doors replaced with Ecotherm products. From start to finish we enjoyed excellent customer service, From Joanne in the showroom to Patrick visiting our house, to the detailed survey, everything was wonderfully professional. The doors and windows were ready ahead of schedule and the fitters Ian and Liam did an amazing job of fitting them .I cannot praise their care and attention enough! They were allowed loads of time for the job so everything was meticulous even to Ian rescuing a hook off the old doors which had been taken away. Wonderful job guys! A couple of weeks later we had a small problem with seal and someone was out to us same day to adjust the hinge. Brilliant customer care!!! Would definitely recommend this company.

Eco Thermal Design fitted our doors in May and did a brilliant job. We didn't hesitate when we decided on new windows and called Joanne. Patrick came and discussed the design and fitting, ever so helpful. Once again Ian and Liam did the fitting and provided the same first class service. We highly recommend this company. Great team.
