Great service and advice from the off. The team sent someone to check my boiler as it had stopped heating the water .They were there within an hour to look at the boiler, and explained it needed resetting which they did there and then . They then set up a follow up service appt. All done and dusted with minimal fuss or cost , a quick and efficient service from really pleasant lads , Wayne and Richard , and also not forgetting Fia in the office who made it all run smoothly and was lovely to deal with. Will definitely recommend and use this firm in future. Thankyou

Well what can I say? Firstly we met sarah when we went there and she help us choose our new bathroom I went as a client and came out with a friend, she was so friendly and easy to talk to and answered all our questions, wayne then came out and measured up he too was very helpful and friendly then came the best 2 workers we've ever had in our house they worked from morning till they'd finished at night none stop, they cleaned up after themselves and we're honestly over the moon with our finished bathroom it's better than I expected I can't recommend this company enough you won't be disappointed.

Our elderly parents needed a full replacement of microbore piping and radiators installed over 45 years ago. Having previously used Deakins for a plumbing job at our own house and having received fantastic service we didn’t hesitate to recommend Deakins. As expected Deakins were total professionals from quotation stage to final completion. As our parents were in their late 80/90’s we needed a team we could trust. Deakins managed to replace the whole system with minimal mess and disruption. Rang Deakins with a boiler problem resulting in no heating or hot water They came out promptly, quickly identified the problem and got the boiler back up and running in no time. Drew was efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and I can highly recommend them.
