Jason’s services came highly recommended to us by friends who had nothing but great words to say about Jason’s professionalism, attention to detail and knowledge. As first time buyers the world of home surveys was new to us, Jason answered every call quickly ( which is amazing as other surveyors we got quotes from didn’t) and took the time to explain to me in detail the difference between the Homebuyer Survey levels. We decided to go for a Level 3 survey , Jason called me straight after the Survey to give me a basic run down of the property which was amazing and put me at ease. Jason returned a nearly 40 page highly detailed and easy to read survey to us less than a week later, this survey allowed us to renegotiate our offer and save us a lot of money !
