I have just had a wet room fitted and I am very happy with the job. Had a boiler swap, hooking the new boiler to an existing system which is combi for part (hot water on demand) and hot water tank for an another part of the property, which I believe to be not unheard of, but unusual, so had its challenges. From quote to finish was 1 week (install was 2 and half days). All working as expected, issues resolved quickly and efficiently. Darryl did the first inspection and got his head round the system quickly, which inspired confidence. Paul got his hands on the kit and did some of the install on the last day, again inspires confidence. Met several fitters - friendly, good humoured lads. Can only describe the service I received as a professional, friendly, efficient service.

He explained what he was doing clearly, He explained what one fault was and showed me how to respond to the warning sign, He explained what the other fault was, that it was not immediately dangerous but what the long term consequences would be. He was very articulate, and answered my questions. He arranged for the firm to send details of the work that needed to be done and an estimate.
