Rang Micheal last week regarding an urgent chimney job. He was abroad on holiday but promised to be there the day after arriving home, which he duly was. Spot on service and craftsmanship. Would recommend Leicestershire Roofing Services to anybody.

Did a fantastic job from start to finish (chimney taken down and new roof) all the lads were polite and their work/tidying up was spot on . If anybody is in need of a new roof etc this is the company to use .

Jack and his team have just done a repair to my lead flashing. We spoke on the phone and he sent me a quote. The work was done when he said it would be and the price did not change. They were clean, polite and efficient. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if required.

The team complete the replacement of a new bay roof with insulation. They worked extremely hard. The job was completed in a day. Well done. We are very pleased with the result. Thank you

Aaron was great. No one wants it to rain in their bedroom, but Aaron came and diagnosed and repaired the roof on our bay window quickly and for a very fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to use North Star for further work.

I had a few roof tiles missing and loose. I rang them and Aaron was a pleasure to deal with. Fitted me in for a quote quickly, went round to the property, sent me a bunch of photos (as i was not able to be there) to show what needed to be resolved. Managed to fit me in on the same day with follow up photos and a call to confirm all the work was complete. Well priced and no messing around would highly recommend.

Aaron and Andrew came out to replace my broken ridge tile and cap my four chimneys. I can't recommend them highly enough. Aaron is the boss and he replied straight away to my initial query, and was then super patient when it came to my onslaught of follow on queries regarding the risk of rain coming in/the correct type of cowling for my chimneys etc. etc. Aaron kept me posted throughout (when scheduling the visit and before arrival); you can tell this is his business and he cares very much about his reputation. Andrew did the work (to a level that I was very happy with, and with a big smile on his face), whilst Aaron oversaw it all. Great chaps that I would certainly contact again.
