Very fast response to an appeal for help with a blocked sink. A lady plumber came within a few hours. Very professional and seemed to know what she was doing. The block was a mystery (nothing blocking the immediate plumbing) and the suggestion was made that the blockage might be further along the drain and that it might budge with bicarbonate of soda. I tried this whilst the plumber was getting more tools from her van for further investigation. Hey presto this cleared the drain! I offered to pay for the call out but all payment was refused on the grounds that the issue had been resolved with a home remedy. I'm truly appreciative of the fact that the plumber stayed about 30 minutes trying to solve the problem (and effectively did) but would not accept payment. I have used this company before and was very satisfied with their previous intervention as well.

Marco was on time and very clean and tidy. He's very thorough and answers any questions you may have honestly and with confidence. We'll definitely use them again. Excellent correspondence with the main office and always kept up to date.

The staff at Plumbbob were excellent. Really professional, very quick to respond to emails. They explained where problems were and how they fixed them. Very good experience

Absolutely brilliant service. Noticed we had a leaking heating pipe, phoned the emergency line and Antouel was at ours fixing it within 30 minutes, even more impressive given it was a Saturday morning. He was great, super efficient and repaired the problem quickly with minimal disruption. Very happy with the service provided, would definitely recommend.

Andi arrived very quickly to sort a leaking overflow pipe. He is extremely efficient as well as very kind, patiently explaining the issue to me. Thank you very much indeed - I highly recommend.

Andi installed the pipe work and suite for our new bathroom in a garage conversion and I would highly recommend him. Very easy to deal with, high quality work and his quotes were accurate and very reasonable.
