Was courteous and sorted my problem with the minimum of fuss. He even went to the wholesaler for a replacement part and supplied it at cost. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sam for any plumbing problems you may have. He gave me a price in advance and despite some problems with the job didn't deviate from the quote.
