Worked with this group for a good few years as a contractor. They care about their clients, the tenants and trust their contractors. Will in particular will respond to any issues as quickly as possible and will always answer calls and messages from me on evening and weekends. They are very appreciative and value all members of their team and outside contractors. By far the best property team I have had the pleasure of doing work for.

William and his firm Willkates is one of the most professional and customer friendly asset manager that I've come across in the property management space in the Greater Manchester area (if not UK!). I live abroad, and I rely on him extensively to ensure my property as well as its tenants are well looked after. He is very responsive and pragmatic in resolving issues with both suppliers and tenants. I'd recommend his services to others looking for a property manager to take load off their shoulders.
