When looking for a new rental Romans were fantastic. Simple to use, understood our requirements easily and their online platform is very informative. A special shout out to Megan who guided us from first virtual viewing right the way to agreeing the tenancy. We are coming from overseas so we had a lot of complexities. But Megan ticked every box and gave me such confidence that Romans was the agent for us. Megan was so fast to respond to emails, kept in regular contact during the process and made sure our requirements were met right the way through. Thanks again Megan!

Romans were helping us look for a new home. Their customer service was absolutely phenomenal. Megan, in particular, has been very helpful. She’s an absolute star, checked in with us weekly to see if we were still looking for a new rental and let us knew as soon as a new property hit the market.
