Had a quotation two weeks ago for a tree to be taken down. Have made several calls since, to get a date for the work to be done, each time answered by a receptionist who could only pass a message for Kayleigh (sender of quotation email) to call me back. Nothing heard. I chased up again with a call a week ago to be told Kayleigh was on holiday (surely in her absence someone else would have been asked to call me back? ) I did then receive a call back from Becca, that day. She said she would send an email to me with dates the work could be done. A week has passed, and no email! (Junk mail checked too). I’ve rung again today and asked to speak to a manager but he’s not available, in fact, no one is ‘available’. The only option was for the receptionist to pass a message for a callback… Message passed that I’m disgusted with the level of customer service - (particularly as I’m a returning customer from a couple of years ago. Apparent staff structure changed since) - and that I shall get another company to do the work.

Great team, great advice and honest hardworking.

First class, exceptional service, one of the most professional companies I have ever encountered.

WOW what fantastic service. Highly recommend. We received a prompt quote, council approval for infected tree removal was handled efficiently by Ben, and all work was completed within two weeks of our first meeting. The whole team were friendly, professional, meticulous and detail-oriented, and left our garden looking better than ever. The hedges were trimmed by eye without lines, and the garden was left tidy and ready to enjoy. Thank you to a team that clearly enjoys their work and is a pleasure to have on site.

Ben and the team were an absolute delight to have in to remove a huge and badly positioned tree in our garden. They were wonderfully careful, super polite and professional, on time and efficient and for a really very reasonable price. We are already pricing up some follow up work. One of the best companies I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with.

Ben and his team did a great job! From the start Ben explained our options and provided a prompt quote. On the day the work was carried out the team were friendly, professional completed the job to a high standard. Would definitely recommend!

Removed a couple of conifer trees from our garden. Jay and his team did a great job trees were removed quickly despite there being an issue with a wasps nest that they overcame. All debris cleared up and site left very tidy.

Jay and team came to do some dead wood removal plus crown lift on 2 oak trees in the front garden, and a tidy up of an overgrown leylandii in the back. Both oak trees had TPOs, so Jay kindly helped with wording for the planning application up front. Great quality job, professional, good value for money and very tidy. Highly recommended.

Jay and his team arrived on time and where professional throughout. They safely removed my overgrown trees and trimmed those I wanted to retain. They cleaned up afterwards and took away the branches etc. I would recommend this company. Since writing the above review, I hired Bright Tree Care again, to reduce and re-shape a large oak tree. Again, I was pleased with all aspects of their work and advice given.
