William was a perfect professional at every stage and consistently went above and beyond what we could have ever expected from a real estate agent. Not only did he facilitate a fair and well-reasoned over-asking-price offer within just a few hours of our property advert going live, he also kept us completely informed and at ease throughout the entire process that followed. It is not often that you find an agent with his level of skill, knowledge, and passion for property; it is even less common that you find an agent who can balance this expertise with such an astute empathy for their clients. Truly, thank you William! I would wholeheartedly recommend the Bridgfords Durham branch, and especially William Welsh. From our experience of buying and selling within Durham, there is no one better.

Highly recommend this letting agency. Stacy has been absolutely fantastic from day one of finding us our new home. No question was ever too big or too silly. The Service I've received whilst dealing with Harringtons in Durham, is very professional the maintenance team are very efficient and deal with any issues which arise, the trades men they use are very curtious, polite and professional. I would recommend using Harringtons in the future

Living at Harringtons was a great experience. The apartment was well-kept, and had everything I needed for a comfortable student life. My room had plenty of space for both studying and relaxing, and the shared areas were always tidy and inviting. It was easy to feel at home right away.

Lovely new houses, me & my friends are delighted at this house, everything is brand new! Best service from the office they told us about this upcoming house before they had advertised it. I can’t praise the office staff enough for all their help, the company director even took us to the house himself and he was a lovely man. Thank you Nick.
