We have been with Belvoir for a year now as tenants and they have been great. The staff are fantastic at replying to any concerns we may have, whilst also working hard to resolve them quickly. We are kept up to date with any admin changes/inspections that are due and they liaise with our landlady promptly should we wish to run anything past them. As well as a professional service the staff are also friendly and provide a great overall service.

I rented an apartment from them for nearly two years in York, dealt with Dee for the most part. I would say they were really good: I had few issues with the flat as it was anew build, but any snagging issues in the flat or building were always dealt with quickly; I was generally left alone to enjoy my flat and any visits or requests were given to me well in advance; and Dee was always personable and very fair when it came to moving out and dealing with the deposit. Would happily rent from them again!

Landing in a new country with no track record can be difficult in the UK, when it comes to securing a rental property. Add to that "pet friendly" and you really have a challenge. The Lentin Smith team were so helpful and made our move as seamless as possible. Thank you to Lucy and Jonathan for being so supportive during this stressful time.
