Extremely happy with the service we received. When we were faced with a ridiculous delaps estimate of over £ 120k from our landlord, we consulted with BM and received great advice on how to proceed. Having a surveyor on your side, has great benefits. Rather than just letting our landlord charge us, we did most of the work with our own contractors and saved in excess of £ 50k. What I strongly recommend is to use BM to go through your rental agreement with a view to your future delaps. We would have saved even more had we. Special thanks to M.L.

I contacted Andrew as was recommended this company through a friend. Andrew attended the property (an inherited house) so I was hoping to find out what needed to be carried out structurally and cosmetically to make the house up to date, safe and to a higher standard. Andrew provided an exceptional service as spoke with me in detail about what the house needed, why, what I could do to rectify certain areas and provided recommendations when asked. I feel Andrew went above and beyond what I expected and would highly recommend this company. Thanks Lisa.

Honestly couldn’t have got a better service from Kempston Parkes. Special shout out to Jamie who helped us throughout the process of getting our Level 2 Home Buyers survey done while buying our first home.
