Great service yet again from Cold Bath Flooring - the fitters were super quick and very professional, tidy workers who made sure everything was cleared away. From initial consultation with Darren in the shop through to last bit of stair carpet, thoroughly recommend them!

We absolutely love our new floor from Cold Bath Flooring and the service from Darren throughout has been great. The floor was installed by Phil and Leroy who as well as being great at their trade are also great guys. Couldn’t recommend more.

I purchased Invictus flooring to replace old carpets that covered a multitude of sins thought my ground floor flat & boy it was a challenge due to the state of my previous floor and I sure did give the staff a hard time but I have to say they maintained professionalism and a fab service to me throughout. they persevered with it ( and me) and the finished job was worth the challenge, a sterling job by Wayne, would highly recommend him and the company. I'm over the moon with the finished result. It looks amazing and has received so many compliments. It's made a huge difference to my home many thanks to the team. The end result is perfect !!!!

Had a hall, stairs and bedroom fitted with a carpet. The 2 fitters, Steve and Dan did a fabulous job. Very professional and polite. Used floorstore before and will continue using them.

The team carefully self-levelled the entire area and fitted beautiful new LVT to an exceptional standard. The quality of the workmanship is superb, the finish is flawless, and the value for money is excellent. Customer service throughout was friendly, professional, and reassuring – nothing was too much trouble. Truly outstanding from start to finish!
