Belvoir Paisley, specifically Nicola and her team have managed my properties for about 2 years. From literally the first month, i've been impressed by her professionalism and more importantly the timely and caring way Nicola and her team deal with any issues. Invoices are paid to my account promptly and any issues with tenant reported maintenance and legislative work in properties are quickly and thoroughly dealt with. They have dealt with notifying the council tax that a property is empty (which previous letting agents didn't do). I've also had Nicola arrange quotes for her cleaners, plumbers and handymen to - empty flats of furnishings, cleaning them, decorating them and associated maintenance works. Some of this work is over and above what other agents have done. All of this is carried out in an informative, timely and professional manner and to the standard you would expect when dealing with a large organization with local offices. As an addition, i had to sell one of my flats when the tenancy expired. Nicola was happy to do all the legislative works, arrange for decoration and maintenance so that the flat could be put on the Market. When you consider that she was under no obligation to help, as she no longer managed the property, that alone speaks volumes about Belvoir and her team's Consideration for their landlords. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a prospective landlord.
