Any landlord large or small should visit King Property first. I have used them many times over the years and they have never let me down, they know what kind of tenants I'm looking for and go out of their way to find them for me. The other thing I find useful is that they can tailor make your needs so if you need complete management or if you just need a tenant find they can do it at a very competitive price. Plus all the staff are so professional and friendly.
