Fantastic Estate agent. I have had the pleasure of putting my house up for sale with Belvoir St Helens. From the very first contact, they have all been proffessional, extremely efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. They have done everything they said they would and in super speedy time. I am very impressed with the company and look forward to our seller/agent relationship as up to now it has been nothing but a pleasure. I would recommend Belvoir to any sellers and buyers. The photographs, brochure and all paperwork has been done thoroughly and efficiently and I am extremely happy and feel at ease having such a professional team look after me. Keep up the good work.

Excellent service all round. Fair valuation price. Sightly higher fee but worth it. Sold our property within 2 weeks. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Lots of chasing done by Katherine between buyers and solicitors. Would highly recommend and would use again in the future if required.
