TOP 3 LAUGHTON & WALLACE LTD REVIEWS

I used Laughton & Wallace Ltd 10 years ago to install a new upstairs bathroom, toilet and replacement boiler. Since then I have maintained an annual boiler service agreement with them and had them to undertake minor plumbing, heating and electrical repairs and upgrades. I've always been very pleased with the service. They have now just converted our downstairs larder into a mini downstairs toilet and once again have been very pleased with the service and attention to detail. Whilst not a big job it was far from easy due to the restricted space.

We have used Laughton &Wallace for a number of years always turn up on time ,heating engineer is such a lovely guy nothing is to much trouble for these guys did a great job in our bathrooms Andy the owner is such a pleasant young man always polite nothing is to much trouble and the girls in the office always pleasant

Just had a complete revamp of my bathroom & from the initial contact with Andy & Andrea in the office the whole process has been relatively stress free. John and George work to a high standard and kept me informed all along. Would certainly recommend Laughton & Wallace if you are looking for a new bathroom.

Dom and Ste replaced our dated combination boiler with an all dancing and singing new Worcester 4000 Both lads exceptionally polite and knowledgeable and very efficient and clean when working. We would recommend them for any plumbing and heating jobs and will definitely be using this company in the future.

Dominic is a pleasant professional worker, he explains everything in detail and carries it out in an efficient manner. He leaves everything clean and tidy upon completion. Very satisfied customer and would strongly recommend

Just had my boiler replace by Chris and I'm very pleased, he came out quickly to do the quote and then again to do the job.. No messing or issues just got on with it even when I asked about adding a radiator. House was empty and its still a while off me moving yet but not too much mess considering but obviously parts of floor had to come up to remove old pump but that part was all done in less than a day.. highly recommended.

Writing this review on behalf of my mum and dad who recently had Chris out to do all the plumbing and fot the new electric shower in their new bathroom. Chris was very professional and helpful, he removed all of the old pipe work and ensured everything worked efficiently. Thank you Chris!

I called Chris regarding some plumbing work work and he came out very promptly. Kept me up to date with everything that went on and sent me pictures. Extremely happy with the work done and would definitely use him again. I called him out again few weeks later. He went out to have a look at the problem with the tap repaired it and because the problem was very minor didn't even charge for it .
