Our estate agent was Jen Box. From the outset we got a good feeling. Jen was friendly, knowledgeable and sympathetic to our needs. We were given a very good thorough explanation of where our property sat in the current market and we felt confident that the valuation was reasonable and gave us a good opportunity of a quick sale. We set up a WhatsApp group which was an excellent way to quickly update the process. We had a few minor hiccups but the communication throughout was excellent. We achieved our valuation price and although Reed's Rains fees were slightly higher we felt it was worth paying the extra for the quality service. Thanks to Jen for all her efforts which helped the sale move quickly. Would definitely use Jen Box and Reeds Rains again if needed.

Sinead was really helpful and kept in touch throughout the process to let us know where things was up to - would highly recommend using them.
Ashtons provided us with a terrific service from the start, simply discussing our requirements, to the comprehensive Photo/Video shoot with measurements, then to the widespread advertising and accompanying narrative which was superb. Several "Viewings" followed and one of the first Family's that looked at our property matched the asking price and has now concluded.
