VMH Have served us in 3 property purchases so far and in each case they have been efficient, responsive and the purchases went through smoothly and without complications. They are also helping us to write our wills. I am very happy with the services we have received from VMH, (their coffee ain't bad either!).

VMH have acted for myself and my wife for around ten years in connection with property transactions, wills and powers of attorney. They are a medium sized firm with the personal touch. We have always found them to be professional, courteous and efficient. Highly recommended.

She is professional, efficient, and trustworthy — every email was answered quickly, and without her the process wouldn’t have been so smooth. Thanks also to Lynsey, who helped me secure the property, and Caitlin, who handled my AML checks. Watermans is a good choice for buyers using overseas funds — they typically complete sales within 4-6 weeks. In my case, some unexpected issues came up with my funds and the flat, so it took 8 weeks to complete, but the team handled it well throughout.

I recently used Waterman’s for conveyancing of a residential property. Hands down, the best Firm of solicitors I’ve used for conveyancing. Fast, efficient, responsive and extremely professional. I’ll definitely be using the Firm again and would highly recommend to others.
