The BEST solicitors in Lincoln. We chose to go with sills for our onward purchase of our house after a recommendation and we can’t fault them one bit. I contacted Bird & Co about some conveyancing work; I was woefully uneducated about the sales process, and believed I needed a conveyancer when I did not. They got back to me almost immediately letting me know I would not need their services for conveyance, and did not pressure me to pay any fees or go any further. Whilst I had a very minimal interaction with Bird & Co, their honesty and incredibly prompt response have made me very much appreciate this company. I will certainly be coming to here again should I need legal work done in the future!

Dale and his team provided a great service in helping me to buy my house. They were friendly, informative and answered my queries quickly and simply. I have used a number of conveyancing services in the past but none have been as effective as Bird and Co. When I next move I am going to take Bird and Co along with me!

We went with Bird and Co because of their experience in helping those based overseas to buy property and we were not disappointed.
