We were referred to them by our mortgage broker - They were meticulous and thorough, identifying a number of legal issues with the property and ensuring all of these were resolved before contracts were exchanged, in just under 3 months. I was very impressed by the speed and quality of their responses. All of our dealings were either by phone or email - all but one of the documents we were required to sign were handled digitally and it was very easy to provide them with any documentation via online file sharing platforms. A very efficient and modern service! I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again in the future, if needed!
