Used Nick and his Team for all our conveyancing needs for years now. No matter how busy they are, they always work with a proactive approach to get the work done at the earliest opportunity. It makes a refreshing change to deal with people who can think about any issues encountered, no matter how big or small, and find speedy innovative solutions, as opposed to just going through the motions as I've found over the years with almost all other services. A great service at a very reasonable cost too. We certainly won't be going anywhere else for these services.

The team at Hawker Jones were invaluable in facilitating the purchase of our first home. We were referred to them by our mortgage broker - They were meticulous and thorough, identifying a number of legal issues with the property and ensuring all of these were resolved before contracts were exchanged, in just under 3 months. I was very impressed by the speed and quality of their responses. All of our dealings were either by phone or email - all but one of the documents we were required to sign were handled digitally and it was very easy to provide them with any documentation via online file sharing platforms. A very efficient and modern service! I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again in the future, if needed!

I had a fantastic experience with HJS. Angela Hargreaves handled my case and the transaction took less than 4 months. This is remarkable given that the whole transaction was in a chain. The whole HJS team and especially Angela were very responsive and took care of our needs. I will definately recommend to hire them for their professionalism.
