We popped into The paddle steamer for a coffee to pass some time and were we glad we did I checked the menu and couldn't believe the prices, I even said to the manager that the prices were the cheapest around, after our coffee we went back to our caravan In wemyss bay but as soon as 4pm came we were in the car and back to Largs for a dinner and a pint and not only was it cheaper tham most my pint only cost about £1.52. We went back the next night for another dinner and on the Sunday I had a breakfast and couldn't believe I managed to eat it all, I even asked the waitress what kind of link sausages they were and she said they were Lincolnshire so I had to get some when we got home. Tasty. I'll be heading to our local Wetherspoons in Livingston very soon for another of their breakfasts. Top food, top staff, top location just sit back and watch the ferry leave the harbor.

Nice, modern building with views of the sea front. Very busy on Friday evening but easy to find a table and service was quick and pleasant. Food nicely cooked, good selection of food and drink and excellent prices. Highly recommend using the app to order.

We had a fantastic lunch at the Red squirrel today. Our dogs and us were made to feel so welcome and the set up for the dogs is amazing, best we've found. The food was good, service was great and the team were so friendly.

Popped in for dinner only with friend. Loving the new menu, good choice, good value, and good quality food. Service was quick and staff also very friendly, professional and helpful. Really enjoyed our meals and will definitely be back.

Absolutely cracking place for a drink and some food, the mixed grill was excellent. Really friendly service from Gerard and the team, great food, good choice of beers and all reasonably priced.

Visited today 13.7.24 with my wife, daughter & dog. Can honestly say this was the best pub food I've ever had. The lasagne was superb (one of the best I've ever had) my wife got the chilli con carne (spice level.. Mental) & usually when you get chilli it's never spicy, this was & it was delicious. My daughter got macaroni cheese & said it was lovely. Next time we visit Largs, we will definitely be back. If you're in the area, make sure you give it a try.

Came here because The Fish Works were closed and have to say their fish & chips were decent, fresh fish crusty batter, and peas that are actually tasty. Lovely waiter too. I loved the slightly local atmosphere here - 80s playlist, the place felt very relaxing and authentic.

Me my son and brother had a absolutely fantastic time the 3 members of staff where brilliant also had steak pie definitely would recommend anyone visiting largs this pub is the place to go food is of the highest quality.
