We stayed in the hotel and were very impressed. Well presented, clean and quiet room (even when the pub and High St were busy!), with a big comfy bed and bathroom with bath and shower. Staff really friendly and helpful in the pub, as well as the staff cleaning the rooms. Good food options and was impressed to have a dairy free option for milk in the pub and room without asking. Would definitely stay again, and have already recommended to friends.

This is a fabulous Wetherspoons, huge new garden, plenty of seating, great location on Rochester's historic high street. Good choice of food and drink, great prices and so easy to order direct to your table using the app.

Was pleasantly surprised with our room on Saturday night. Very clean and very nice. Considering we were at the front above the high street and it was the Sweeps Festival the room was very quiet. Highly recommend.

Went to the Tudor Rose with my father in law one Saturday. We didn’t book and turned up just before the kitchen closed which was a shame but the staff were very nice and told us light bites would be available shortly. They came out with the menus as soon as we could order and the food came out quickly and was very good. We spent quite a few hours there and really enjoyed it. Amazing location, pretty pub, big beer garden, highly recommended.

Best service I’ve had in long time. Roasts typically have something that lets them down but this was truly delicious. Also the staff were brilliant, warm to my 5yr old and very friendly. Would recommend.

Excellent Sunday Lunch, reasonably priced. Excellent service. Landlady most welcoming and friendly as were all the staff. Great atmosphere and surroundings. Highly recommended.

A fantastic spot for both food and drinks, with unique rooms that are worth exploring. If it’s your first visit, I highly recommend checking out the Vault Room and the Infinity Bar, and don’t miss the lovely garden. I had the full English breakfast, which was delicious, though the beans tasted a bit off, so I left them. The staff were attentive and even gave me a discount for the beans. Overall, first-class service, and I would definitely return.

Have a lunch with my hubby after visited the Castle and Museum. It is really nice good atmosphere,friendly staff and delicious food. Order the starter and 2 main dishes it is really big portion, full enough.Highly recommended the seafood platter. Don’t forget to order wine with it.

Night out in Rochester and this was the landing spot... Didn't disappoint ! Lively evening, live DJ playing some classics mixed in with some absolute bangers... The place was jumping ! Great selection of bar cocktails and spirits, pleasant bar staff, fantastic atmosphere and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves... Felt like teenagers again in that place. Great night, highly recommend it for a few friends looking for a good night.
