Used Lee and his team to help me move house after getting a divorce. It was all quite last minute so Lee asked me to send him a video of the items which needed removing as it wasn't everything in the house, which meant it was alot easier than being at home for an appointment. Guys turned up on the day on time and were fantastic! Helped me be at ease and kept the day entertaining, which was a massive positive as I was a little anxious doing this as a single woman on her own for the first time. Only negative I would say is that it didn't all fit on one van so the guys had to go back and collect more, resulting in extra hours being charged. But this might have been down to the rush of booking and the video I sent. Wasn't enough of a negative to score down though and I will definitely use these guys again when I move again. Thanks for a smooth move! 5 stars!

I've used Lee and the vantastic team several times for waste collection over the years. Always reliable and fairly priced. Just send photos to receive a quote. They were also fantastic for my last minute house move in a heat wave. We recently used them again to clear my Nan's garage and furniture. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Basingstoke Smooth Moves did an amazing job moving us, every single box was well handled, every small bit sorted. Even at the end, when the unloaded was finished, they asked us do we need anything else heavy moving in the house! What a wonderful service, can't recommend them enough!

I was very pleased with the service from Pickfords, after opting for both packing and removal. It was all pretty efficient; and everything went according to plan after an initial video appointment. The price was a little more than what I'd been expecting, but ultimately it was a very good job. I spent the best part of two days with the removal team, who were friendly; couteous; and clearly experienced at what they were doing.

The team were punctual, motivated and clearly had a well practiced process. This aided a smooth pack and removal service with no signs of stress at all. The added bonus was their politeness and ability to get on with us (the customer). I would like to give a special shout out to Steve, Chris, Liam and Sam, the formula clearly works.

I used Pickfords in Basingstoke last weekend and found them to be utterly fantastic. Unexpectedly moving my 5 bed house by myself, very efficient team, looked after everything. Made what was a difficult task so much better. Lee Norris your team was brilliant thank you.
