Moving house and have been looking at storage places to store some of our items whilst we are in the process. Called and spoke to a lovely lady called Paulette to get a quote. She couldn’t be more informative or helpful. Will speak to my partner regarding quotes but due to the excellent customer service Paulette provided it’s definitely swaying me to use lok n store. Thank you! What a great asset to the store you are.

This is my second time using Lok'nStore. The team is very professional and helpful, Lara was amazing to deal with today. The storage area is very clean and well-lit, prices are affordable. I would definitely recommend it.

The unit was made available, even after I changed my booking date due to property sale changes. Great service with fast responses when I was getting competing quotes, and support with setting up our agreement. Storage area is clean and access is simple, with ample parking right outside. The free use of trolleys is also very useful.

I have found the staff to firstly really really listen, lots of stars for that and secondly they have soooo much patience.
