An excellent service. John and Alan were calm, polite and professional and made our house move infinitely easier. Unlike previous man/van type companies who have always tried to just do the job as quickly as possible (generally as they have bookings before and after) - the fact that this move was the only job booked in for them on this day meant they could be organised and thoughtful in the way they went about the job. Stairs were all protected on both properties. The flatscreen TV move was done smoothly. They used portable wardrobes to move clothes without them getting crushed or folded, and organised with me at the new site so I had time to build new clothes rails for the clothes to move to. where possible they avoided leaning anything against walls, to avoid marks. Great service I will be honest and say my initial thoughts when quoted for the job was "crikey that's expensive" - but, now that the job has been done - i can confirm it is not expensive for what you get. you ALWAYS have loads more to do than you think you do. Hiring AMC was money well spent and I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring a move. Thanks again to the guys on the day.

After several quotes from removal companies I opted for AMC and have absolutely no regrets. Our belongings were removed with great care and precision. What I like is the fact that we are storing for 5 weeks and nothing will be removed from the crates until delivery to our new home. The guys were courteous and extremely professional.
