My mum has been well looked after and cared for. I'm very pleased with the care she has been given as she was very unwell before Christmas and we thought we were going to lose her, but thankfully with the care she received she made a great recovery and I'm very thankful to the staff for that.

My husband recently went into The Beeches Care Home, he has settled in really well. All the staff have been really welcoming to him. He is well cared for and is happy.

I am very happy with the level of Dad's care.

CHAPEL LEVEL CARE HOME REVIEWS

Chapel level is a lovely home, where there is always a friendly welcome from the staff. My partner has been a resident at Thistle unit for 10 months now and I can’t praise the staff and facilities enough. Everyone at Chapel level does a really great job and despite having a heavy workload, they always take the time to get to know the people in their care. You get a genuine feeling that the staff really care about the people they look after. This ensures that they tailor the care to the individual’s needs and desires. Well done to all and thank you.

Mum has settled in really well in Chapel Level Care Home. The staff are all very friendly and attentive. It has given us so much peace of mind that she is in a safe and secure environment with 24 hour care. It felt like a huge decision when deciding which care home for mum but we felt so happy with our decisions in Chapel Level.

The care home is excellent and the staff from management down to all other staff go above and beyond to help and support you to make you comfortable and cared for.
