I used these guys for a recent house move and I have nothing but praise for the excellent job they did. Ben was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions that I had in the run-up to the move. On the day itself, the guys doing the move (Paul and Robbie) were extremely hard-working and efficient. They took great care in the way that they accessed both properties. I was particularly impressed with the way in which individual items were prepared for the move (with protective wrapping etc.). They also took the trouble to make sure that things were delivered into the right room at the new house, checking with me if it was not already clear. Highly recommended! - Peter M

We had a very last minute exchange and completion following a three week delay, and Ben was straight on the phone to discuss everything. We used their packing and move service, including the dismantling and reassembly of furniture, and the lads took great care with our stuff. Brilliant service! I booked a packing and removal service for a three bedroom move from north Tyneside to Durham. The move was delayed by 5 weeks, Adele and Kevin were patient and kept in touch regularly for updates. They attended the day before the move and packed the contents of the house. The team were friendly, professional and respectful of my home. Everything was labelled to tell me what was in each box. The day of the move, a team of four attended promptly and cleared the house. They were coordinated and methodical in their approach. Whilst they were professional they were friendly and took the stress out of the day. We were late getting keys for the new house but they stayed until 7pm and reassembled the furniture. We needed all of our big appliances moved to a new build property that we had just secured. These guys were absolutely PERFECT for the job! They made sure everything was protected with covers for the TV’s and mattresses. They packed the van super efficiently so that they could get everything.
