We cannot thank this home enough. They go above and beyond for our friend, the care given from all the staff and management is exceptional, they have so much patience and every single one of them always has a smile on their faces. We can tell they are true caregivers, we couldn’t have asked for a better, safe and effective place for our dear friend M. Thank you so much for everything, highly recommended we are so grateful for everything you are doing, words will never be enough but we are hugely grateful.

My sister has been at Langdale now for 18 months. All the staff at Langdale are very caring and do their best in sometimes very trying circumstances. They treat all the clients on an individual basis and try to respond to each individual in a positive way. Keep up the good work I know its not always easy.

My mother became a self funding resident at Foylebank in September at the age of 102. She has her own room and telephone with competent, friendly round the clock care. The staff are resolute in keeping the home cover free. Visiting has been difficult because of Lockdown rules but staff have helped to manage safe visits. Karen has been very helpful in keeping me informed about mum's health and personal requirements such as toiletries and new night wear.
