From the moment I called Luke I knew he was the right man for the job. Luke and his team were polite, professional and hard working from beginning to end. Reasonably priced, arrived on time and house and out buildings left just as I wanted. Luke helped in a very difficult time for me and made it much easier. 5 stars all round. Thank you so much, Clare.

Luke and his team completed some hard graft, clearing a bungalow for us. They did a fantastic job, were very professional and got on with it without any issues. Asked us exactly what needed to be done and if they weren't sure would clarify what was needed. Well done guys, would highly recommend Luke and his team.

Highly recommended. Great communication throughout and were actually able to do the work ahead of schedule when they were finished on another job. Very pleasant and did a great job very quickly.

Outstanding Service from Mark. & Lee the owners of Derby Waste Removal Ltd, They have taken away all the items I required them to do & a few extra bits, they are both very well mannered & fully respectful towards myself, I will use this company again for anymore items I need to be removed in the future & I recommend them to all my family & friends for excellent waste service.

This is a very professional company. They came back to me straight away with a quote to remove a shed full of years of collected rubbish and countless old fence panels. Despite having to trek through the house with everything, they did not make one mark on the walls and were so courteous and respectful of our property. I would definitely recommend these guys.

I'd have no hesitation recommending this company. Friendly, prompt and efficient, Nathan and the young guy he was with went above and beyond to help and nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant service, thank you so much.

I cannot comment really on the business however I pulled in here today (probably slightly too distressed about some ducklings stranded by the side of the road). The man working (sorry I didn't get his name) was lovely and assisted me and my young son in returning them to a safer area in the hope they found their family again. I will definitely remember this place when I need their services in future. A little kindness goes a long way in my view. Please could you pass on my thanks to the man.

My experience, with Mainline, was a pleasure, I phoned asked for a skip,, it was delivered next day,,,it was very nice to speak to someone who answered phone in a very happy manner,,,the female was so helpful and polite,,,when I rang again two weeks later,,,it was taken away same day..I would certainly recommend this company,, when you speak to any one at mainline, it’s like being in a family,,,you will not beat there price,, if you want a skip don’t matter the size ,,ring mainline,, prove me wrong,,,Alwyn
