I’ve been working for Elvy now for just under 2 months, coming from my previous job I have such a sense of belonging and comfort in my team and the departments around me. The residents bring so much joy and make the job that much nicer. Working with the residents is the best part of my day getting to see their smiles and laughter, seeing them with their families and friends just brings a sense of joy! My job role is clear and everything is straight forward and to the point. Every staff member is easy to talk to and everyone makes you feel welcomed. I have nothing negative to say…

I recently visited Elvy Court Care Home with my partner Sue to support their coffee morning. Both of us have lost partners and have experience of carehomes. It was great to find Elvy Court so open and welcoming and interacting with residents and visitors alike. The bright comfortable lounge room was excellent and allowed conversation between everyone. The raffle with a considerable number of prizes donated from local businesses and families kept the fun going and raised funds for cancer charity. It was a very good event and made a lasting impression.

I go to Sing at Elvy Court Care Home once a month. All of the Staff are very friendly & always there to help the residents & their visitors. They also interact well with the residents. The home is always presented nicely and very clean. They always seem organised and very approachable. I always enjoy going there. Keep up the good work Elvy.

From the day that I first viewed Hanningfield in 2021 for our precious mum, I believed that she would be very happy here. Mum took up residence in February 2022, following a period of social isolation she quickly became herself again, safe, happy, contented, singing and she even regained her appetite. She was so well cared for in every aspect with complete dignity and kindness and treated just like one of the family. Mum could join in with activities or spend time in the comfort of her own room, the choice was entirely hers, she constantly reported: "This is a good place to be". Staff were always courteous and telephone communication was excellent. As a family, we cannot recommend Hanningfield more highly. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

Hanningfield is exceptional. An absolute delight. Staff/management team are high energy focussed, positive and very importantly - listen! I cannot recommend them enough. My father was very poorly after two weeks in Hanningfield his personality joy and health returned. Thank you so much.

Since my mum has gone into this care home, she is kept clean, well-fed, she seems to have settled in very well, the manager and staff are all polite, helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this care home to other people.
