'Number 7 Fish Bistro' is a High-ceilinged seafood restaurant with harbour views and regular chalkboard specialities. Rockfish Torquay is situated right in the centre of Torquay on Victoria Parade overlooking the inner harbour. It is heated by a log burner on colder days, a great end to a stroll along the shore. The newest seafood restaurant in Torquay is sitting down by the harbour overlooking the water. They have 55 indoor coverings and a small pavement area outside where visitors can relax and enjoy their seafood. Seafood is delivered regularly from the fish market in Brixham just across the bay next door to their Rockfish restaurant.

Man Fridays lobster house is a 30-year-old family-owned business that serves the freshest cod, seafood and shellfish caught locally. They are licensed with the marine management organization, so can source their catch from the local Torquay fishing fleet. Their wines are purchased from local vineyards in Sharpham Dart Valley, Lyme Bay Winery and Teignmouth's Old Walls. Their home-baked garlic bread is baked fresh on the premises every morning and served on request. The restaurant meets all dietary needs, including vegetarian and gluten-free.
