I find Octaga to have excellent management, from the managing director down to the contractors' manager. The other managers in the head office, including those in compliance and HR, are readily approachable and available to assist when needed. The control team consistently provides well-trained relief officers. The contracts manager was very communicative and available for support or guidance when needed. I had the pleasure of working with a fantastic team who were diligent in their duties and always willing to seek clarification when unsure.

Watched a viral video of the security guard from this company, I was amazed at his patience and the extremely professional way he dealt with the aggressor who was videoing. Most security guards do zilch when faced with something like this. An asset to your company.

What a great company Octaga Security Services is. I have worked for this company for 12 years and at no time had I regretted to work for the company during that period. The management is good and they always come to your rescue when you are faced with a problem. They pay you on time and are paid fully for the hours you have worked for with no hassles. Once again what an excellent company to work for.
