Everything was explained in detail, the guys were so friendly & reassuring. We will definitely be using these guys for future burglar alarm servicing & recommending to our friends & families. Many thanks to Freedom for their prompt response to an alarm failure in the early hours. The situation required a new system installation, a very reasonable price was agreed and the work was carried out a few days later. All personnel were professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable and I have no hesitation recommending this company.

From the start they were helpful and honest to what your needs are. Never had an issue with what they installed and the technicians for both annual maintenance and alterations have been great. Went with this company based on good reviews and I have not been disappointed.

Lincoln Security recently installed an intruder alarm, CCTV and a Mag-lock door security system at a new facility we have recently moved into. All communication with the main office and with their installation technicians was second to none. They provided some useful advice and are clearly very knowledgeable about available products and suitability. The installation and commissioning work was completed efficiently and to a high standard. I would definitely recommend Lincoln Security for installations and general security advice.

SRB provide a fair, excellent professional service. We run a school where we need contractors that are reactive and helpful with a 'can do' attitude and SRB deliver every time. They always answer the phone and are always happy to help and their knowledge of their systems results in a lot of minor issues being able to be dealt with over the phone saving on call outs and time wasted, but more importantly, gets us back fully operational and compliant within minutes. We would highly recommend SRB to anyone requiring their services as they are an excellent company.

Simon responded very quickly to my request to install 2 sets of CCTV. He was very knowledgeable, and suggested systems that exactly met my needs. Simon was available to offer further assistance to get my systems optimised, and to ensure I understood how to configure and use my systems.
