First time using a storage facility and it could not have been a better experience. Was phased a bit at first by no-one being on site when we attended but using the Storage Smart Entry app was intuitive and even quite fun. The company was easy to deal with, friendly to approach for any assistance and provided the good value we were looking for in a convenient location to store our daughter’s Uni belongings for the summer. Definitely will use the facility if we need it next year.

Used this company to store Uni student things over summer, between accommodation moves. Great company - easy to book, easy to access unit with app, really helpful staff at end of phone/email. Will definitely use again next summer!

So far so good, we are moving home and this is so easy, we take things down in the evening after work, it's all safety used through your phone, CCTV inside the complex, would use again.

Great storage facility. Very secure but easy to use access if you need to get your belongings out. Staff always helpful. If leaving earlier than the period paid for, a refund is issued. Have used twice now over last 2 summers for Uni storage so we don't have to bring a small flats worth of stuff home. Will be using again next summer.

Great experience and would highly recommend, these guys helped me get storage at short notice and the process was very straightforward. Excellent and secure indoor facilities with very convenient access method by access panel, goods lift , well lit and to top it all, friendly and professional customer service.

Excellent service delivered with smile. Always there to help you if you need it.

Couldn’t rate this place more highly - from the day of me moving all the bits into the unit, until I removed them all - they have been so communicative and flexible! I moved out of a house in very stressful and time limited circumstances so I very much appreciate how kind they were. Now I’ve left the storage unit - the customer care continued as another direct debit got taken out by mistake and was returned - they were on the case immediately. I would use them again if needed and highly recommend - you get the personal service of a well run and kind family firm - thank you.

A fantastic local company that offers storage units for a super competitive rate. Always dry and always accessible, feels super secure too as after working hours it’s all behind a secure gate that’s key fob operated. The major bonus is that all the units have spray foam ceilings so they don’t sweat (condensation dripping from roof) like other companies I’ve used.

Rented a unit for a house move and the service was first class from the start. very friendly, helpful staff. excellent quality containers. Highly recommend.
