Many thanks to Darren who arrived when he said he would, explained what needed done and provided details of the costs involved before work was started. He provided honest and straightforward advice and information and was very helpful with my questions. He offered to come back later that day to do all the extra work that I hadn’t expected would need to be done. Turns out there were various unexpected issues with how my alarm system had been installed by another company, but Darren persevered and didn’t give up with all the problems he uncovered, and stayed on way longer than he initially thought the job would have taken. He went out of his way to make sure we were left with a fully functioning alarm system. It was great to have someone who was professional, friendly, honest, hard working and knowledgable. We're very happy with the service provided by Darren and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Seguro Security Systems.

Darren spent a long time diagnosing a fault with my security system. He found that squirrels had been chewing the wiring and replaced the damaged cables. He also replaced the control panel with a hybrid system allowing additional services to be added as required. The system was thoroughly tested and all the controls were clearly explained. The price charged was exactly as estimated and I am delighted with the standard of work. Highly recommended.

Darren answered our urgent call due to very difficult circumstances where other companies in the area were less than helpful. He was at the property in less than 20 mins and fixed our issue in a professional and empathic manner. We are all very grateful to him for his help yesterday.

I recently had a security system installed by ESP Security Systems and I am delighted with the result. David Clark gave me excellent down to earth advice on the requirements for my home in a helpful and friendly manner. The installation itself was done very professionally with a clear explanation of how everything works. The price for the job and the ongoing maintenance are also very reasonable. I would happily recommend ESP Security Systems to anyone.

What a service! I had a problem with my alarm not resetting. I called lunchtime and had an engineer's visit first thing the next day. Not only did they fix the problem but firstly they showed me how to sort things myself if it ever came up again and secondly they didn't even charge me for the call out! Very impressive. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

ESP dealt with my problem immediately. I had a problem with the control box/keypad and phoned them. The lady managing the call outs could not have been nicer and assured me an engineer would be here in the morning. David arrived and fixed the issue quickly and gave me good advice. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Good old fashioned honest and polite service. Thank you very much ESP.
