My washing machine wasn't working at all today. Tried everything to fix it myself. Tonight phoned drums & hoses and got told Robbie the engineer would be out within 30 mins. Its a Sat night and wasn't expecting anyone to be available until Monday. I am so grateful and thankfull to Robbie for coming out tonight. Got my washing machine sorted in no time. Lovely guy. Would recommend to everyone.

Honestly spot on - super quick response, the guys had an issue with the van but made sure to fit me in the next day asap and fit around my schedule very well! Diagnosed the issue and fixed it pretty much instantly, had the parts to hand and my machine is back to normal in the space of half an hour - thank you!

Lovely guy,excellent service,my washing machine was leaking and it wasn’t worth fixing so bought a machine off him,he came the same day and fitted it and took the old 1 away. Top guy would highly recommend his services.

Great service.I Phoned about my oven and Andy came out the same day. He quickly found the fault and a part was ordered and fixed within a couple of days. Very reasonable.

Called Andy, he arrived within 20 minutes. He tried to fix it without having to replace first but defo would have leaked. Kept me updated throughout waiting on part arriving. Definitely recommend

Very pleased at the experience of using this company. Were able to attend promptly when our tumble dryer broke down. Very polite and knowledgable, quickly able to diagnose the issue and order the replacement part. Would definitely use them again

Arrived within timescale agreed. Diagnosed oven fault and had the part available. Very pleasant to deal with and even took time to show me how to remove and replace the oven door for easier cleaning! Would recommend and will definitely use this company again.

Excellent service, very polite and knowledgeable. Really quick response and cooker was fixed within 24hrs and replaced bulb free of charge. Couldn't ask for a better service. 5 star
