We were served by a lovely gentleman called Adam upstairs! He measured our daughters feet for her 1st shoes, he was absolutely amazing with her and did a brilliant job! His customer service was top level! After the customer service and attitude we received from the female staff member on that floor just before we were ready to leave but thankfully Adam came to us and changed our whole view on the shop! Thank you Adam for a perfect experience, I really hope your colleague learns from you! I hope you go far in your career.

Good customer service. We got shoes for kids in clearance offer. Both pair of shoes £35 for 2 x not bad. Both happy with the quality and purchase. Fully recommend.

My husband got his shoes, which he had bought from Deichmann, re-coated with a protective shield. I fjrst cleaned them with soap & water & dried them kvernjght. Very small charge. He then looked at shoes but the one he liked not in his size. The young lady who assisted him couldn't have been more helpful & we would like to thank her again for her kindness & patience. Deichmann's is highly recommended.

Served by D Shevill who was very helpful. When I pointed out a blemish on a shoe, she checked for other stock in the same size. It wasn't available, so she ordered it for free delivery to my home. Great service.

Excellent customer service, staff was very helpful and I found very good deals.
