I was so impressed with the wonderful customer service I received from Alison, her expertise and professionalism was a breath of fresh air, nothing was too much trouble, all the staff in Forum Jewellers are so lovely and friendly and I highly recommend anyone to purchase from them as I will in future.

Forum Jewellers have recently helped our family rework a number of old pieces of jewellery and their expertise and assistance was brilliant. Alison’s knowledge and guidance allowed us to feel confident with the process and most importantly the finished items are beautiful. The photo doesn’t do this piece justice.

I would like to tell you about the amazing customer service I received at H Samuel in Poole Dorset. I was approached by Simon who asked if I needed any help. I explain to him I wanted to buy my granddaughter some earrings but couldn't see them in the store. He went above and beyond to try to locate them for me. After speaking to head office he managed to order them for me. I received a call a couple of days later when they had arrived in store and even offered the option to buy over the phone and have them posted to. I opted to go back into store where I again had a great experience. Thankyou Simon and your team. I felt a valued customer and I will return to re purchase with the store again.

My wife had the top of her ear pierced which was quick, clean and a great price. And well waiting I ordered a watch which I collected today. The service was GREAT!! Really nice, understanding people!! Will definitely use them again and 100% recommend.

Brought some jewellery and had some repairs done from Simon in H Samuel Poole branch , he went above and beyond for the service he gave us , very Pleasant staff would definitely shop there again , thank you again Simon for all your help.
