I arrived at my Mercedes dealership in Poole late in the day as I was hearing a worrying loud noise from one of my front wheels. A Mercedes manager (Guy) was nearby when I pulled up. Recognising my concern Guy asked for my keys and immediately took my vehicle into the workshop. Several minutes later he appeared with a small stone which he explained had been trapped between the brake disc and the backing plate. My relief was tangible and I thanked Guy for his outstanding and most helpful response to my predicament. Amazing service as always and my sincere thanks to Guy.

Had a recall from Mercedes. Southampton Mercedes let me down 3 times over several months ! Phoned Mercedes Poole who sorted everything for me. Had the work done today. ALL the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Made to feel welcome even for just recall work. Thank you to all the team. First class.

Car had to go in after engine EMS amber light came on. Grace handled everything for me, even the 3rd party warranty communication and invoicing supporting my claim. No dramas, handled expertly by Grace, very happy thanks, AT.

Michael made our visit to the showroom very pleasant. We were interested in purchasing a used SEAT Mii electric and he took us out for a long test drive around Poole and the car impressed us. Our trade-in car was given a fair valuation but there was no pressure to buy, and we went home to discuss whether to proceed. We decided to go ahead and swap in our car and Michael made the process pain free and we collected JeFF, as we call the new car, a few days later. It was immaculately presented and looked brand new and not at all 3 years old. We have now driven well over 100miles and are enjoying JeFF immensely! We have had a couple ofqueries regarding the car but these have been answered quickly and effectively. It was easier to phone than read through the 200 pages of the manual.

I would like to commend the experience provided by Snows, and in particular, the excellent customer serive of your sales representative Alastair Turner. From the outset, he was courteous. knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He provided every assistance to choose the right vehicle, arrange finance and deal with outstanding queries. A great local dealership that I would not hesitate to recommend.

Michelle at Salisbury Snows was absolutely amazing, she really went above and beyond to help me. Michelle is an absolute credit to Snows, brilliant Customer Service, which is very rare to find these day. We need more people like Michelle working within the industry. Well done, a pleasure to speak with.

Had excellent service in the poole Audi parts department today went in for some mud flaps for my new Q5 which are not available yet but got some rubber mats as well which were in stock both guys were chatty and Luke served me letting me have a look at the mats before I buy. I would like to say The parts department is not as posh as the showroom and could do with a window in it but the service i receive was excellent so thank you to the two parts guys.

Fabulous sales staff helped me with new approved car purchase and giving me a great deal on my car for part exchange - thankyou guys!

Fantastic support and attention from Paul the parts manager to secure me a new wheel for my RS4.
